Our Team
Mr.Gautam Garg
Gautam has significant international and India experience in strategy and management consulting. He has held a wide range of consulting responsibilities, including M&A strategy and commercial due diligence, where he has provided advisory services to private equity firms and strategic buyers.
Gautam has extensive experience in strategic analysis, market assessment, project management, financial analysis, and general business planning. Over last couple of years, he has advised clients on corporate strategy formulation and M&A transactions totaling over $600M in value.
Gautam has worked with clients across sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI and Hospitality. Gautam has an MBA from Queen’s University, Canada and has earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecom.
Mr. Rajat Mishra
Rajat boasts of a prolific avatar. He is an entrepreneur, a risk consultant, a solicitor, a Member of the Supreme Court & NCDRC Bar Association and Member of Inter Pacific Bar Association, Tokyo. He perused his MBA from Goa Institute of Management (GIM), followed by a fellowship in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India (III) and an associate from Chartered Insurance Institute, London. A Consultant by profession, what propelled him towards Risk Management was his sheer curious nature and the fine line of legality involved in this field. His stellar profile boasts of working with some of the top insurance companies in India.
With a vast experience of 15 years in myriad interlinked fields like Insurable Risks, Legal Management, Claims, Underwriting and others, he manages some of the most complicated and niche portfolios of the top Fortune 500 companies as well as offer start up support to other entrepreneurs. What sets him apart from other risk managers/consultants is his legal guidance to the startups with unique and niche insurance products to transfer their legal liabilities, so that, there are no casualties to the startup. Rajat is also actively involved with the international reinsurance market.
Parikshit Vaid
Parikshit has a strong exposure and experience in Indian capital markets as a trader, broker and investment advisor. Early on in his career, due to a strong independent streak he was an entrepreneur in both the manufacturing and services sectors. He has an experience of more than 10 years as a Finance faculty in leading Management Institutes during which he has researched on global capital markets and the co-relation between political & financial news and market movements.His administrative and business experience has helped him become a fine resource planner and manager. His varied experience in the financial sector and business acumen make him valuable part of Team Finatrix as a Financial Consultant.
Ashish Tripathi
Ashish has 15+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, sales & Marketing consulting and advising startups and companies in different sectors. Ashish Specializes in Operating model and performance improvement with focus on market identification and entry strategy, sales growth strategy, market expansion, sales operations, distribution management and leading sales excellence initiatives. Ashish has an MBA from Queen’s University in Canada and ISB Hyderabad, and a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
